The unit adopts advanced modular design, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, economy and durability, digital control, strong adaptability, convenient maintenance and environmental protection. Cabinet

It is formed of high-quality galvanized steel, the bottom layer is strictly phosphated, and the surface is sprayed with high-quality epoxy resin. reasonable structure, excellent material, convenient to maintenance.

The layout of internal components of the equipment are arranged reasonably, the color and cross-section of the wires are scientific. with anti-seismic measures.

The precision computer room air conditioner is designed to be fireproof, and the materials used are all flame-retardant materials.

Main configuration:

1) Compressor

Using Copeland, Bitzer, Danvers, Panasonic, scroll compressor, COP value is greater than 3.5, high efficiency and low noise. It is resistant to liquid shock and high pressure and has a long service life.

The high-efficiency and energy-saving scroll compressor is located outside the airflow, so that maintenance personnel can perform necessary maintenance on the refrigeration cycle without shutting down the unit. The compressor is installed on a rubber shock absorber base to reduce noise and vibration.

2) Efficient evaporation coil

high-efficient evaporating coil by using high-quality materials and advanced production technology, long service life and good stability.

Equipped with liquid circuit solenoid valve, adopts intelligent dehumidification method. Greatly reduce the energy consumption  compare with the traditional method.

3) Stainless steel wound fin heater

The hot air produced by electric heater is dry and moisture-free, non-conductive, non-combustible, non-explosive, non-chemically corrosive, non-polluting, safe and reliable, temperature raise up quickly. service life could be more than 10 years under strict compliance with the rules of use.  The air is clean and environmentally friendly.

4) Humidification system and electric parts

Electrode humidifier. It humidifies quickly, energy saving, has automatic cleaning function, could be cleaned and replaced on site. The humidifier can be reused,  low operation and maintenance cost., about the electric elements, we use we use the world famous brand, such as Schneider, ABB, Muler, Chint, Siemens, etc,

5) Fan system

Forward curved multi-blade centrifugal double-suction impeller high-efficiency fan. The impeller has been tested for dynamic balance and has no noise and vibration during long-term operation to ensure efficient air supply. The belt pulley drive can flexibly change the air volume and external residual pressure of the unit to match the actual project. Matching; the fan comes with a motor adjustment board, which can easily adjust the belt tightness.

6) Expansion valve

Emerson's expansion valve has precise and adjustable control, reliable operation and high efficiency.

7) Air filtration system

Equipped with a medium-efficiency G4 filter, it can ensure that the cleanliness meets the requirements of the C-level computer room. The filter is easy to replace and can be cleaned and used repeatedly.

8) Condenser

Axial fans have good controllability, precise structure, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, low power consumption, and allow use in high temperature environments.

9) Microcomputer digital control system

Adopt advanced fuzzy logic control program. The unit can adopt variable set point control mode to improve the traditional fixed set point operation mode. For outdoor working conditions and the temperature and humidity field of the machine room, it can automatically change the set point to avoid excessive cooling, heating, humidification, and dehumidification. More economical and reliable operation, longer life. Support timing switch function, fault diagnosis, alarm recording function, with automatic protection, automatic recovery, automatic restart and other functions.

The control system has a 3-level password protection function. Intelligently adjust the temperature and humidity of the environment to achieve a dynamic balance of the ambient temperature; the control logic is implemented on the control board, and it can still work normally in the case of machine failure or communication failure; adapt to a wide voltage range to avoid voltage fluctuations causing errors action.

10) Advanced rotation and hot backup functions.

The principle of energy field regulation is adopted. According to the actual load situation of the computer room, the number of working units can be automatically controlled, and the energy saving effect can be achieved while meeting the environmental requirements of the computer room.
