Design scheme of ice storage air conditioning system in a workshop
User needs:
A transformer production workshop, there is basically no heat source, the inner temperature is 36℃, want to install an ice storage air-conditioning system. Use the low electricity price from 11 pm to 7 am in the next morning to store ice, to meet the air conditioning demand of 14 hours working time.
Steel structure workshop, iron structure roof with insulation layer.
Workshop size: 200M * 153M * 13M (L*W*H). There are 22 sets of existing industrial fans.
Design Scheme:
The summer atmospheric pressure in this area is 101.15KPa,
Maximum dry environmental parameters: bulb temperature is 35℃, relative humidity is 63%, absolute moisture content is 22.8g/kg.
In order to improve the stability of the system, design with severe working conditions: the dry bulb temperature is 40℃, the relative wet bulb is 75%, and the absolute moisture content is 36.4g/kg
Refrigeration Load Calculation:
It needs to meet the cooling capacity of normal air conditioning in the workshop during the 14 hours working time:
1) The calculated cooling capacity is: 30000m2*180w/1000=5400KW/h
2) The total cooling capacity is: 5400*14h=75600kw
3) Ice storage tank volume: 25930m3 (52000*10000*5000)
4) The cooling capacity of single chiller machine is: 75600/8=9450KW
