Cold Storage Indoor Unit (Evaporator Fan Unit for Cold Storage) 

SMS-D series cold storage indoor unit (also known as evaporator fan unit or air cooler) is suitable for all kinds of cold storage. There are three different series of air coolers (evaporator fans unit) (DL, DD, DJ) according to the temperature of the applicable cold storage, which are suitable for different types of cold storage. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, and does not occupy the space of the cold storage. Compared with the natural convection pipe, it can quickly cool the materials in the cold storage and greatly improve the freshness of the items.

Application:

The D series evaporating fan can be matched with compressors with different refrigeration capacity and used in cold storages with different storage temperatures.

DL series fans are suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature of about 0℃, such as a cold storage for storing fresh eggs or vegetables.

DD series fans are suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature of about -18℃, and suitable for cold storage of frozen foods such as meat and fish.

DJ series fans are suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature of -25℃ or lower, and suitable for freezing of fresh meat or fresh fish products.

Features:

1. The shell adopts plastic spraying process, baking varnish or embossed aluminum plate, which is corroded and beautiful in appearance.

2. staggered arrangement coils,  super heat transfer efficiency. The aluminum fins are sleeved on the copper tube through mechanical expansion and the copper tube is firmly connected.

3. The wiring is completed in factory, and all wiring is placed in one junction box, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

4. Low-noise and moisture-proof motor and fan, with excellent performance.

5. There is a drainage joint at the lowest part of the center of the drainage pan, which ensures reliable drainage.

6. Groove hanger, easy to install.

7. The U-shaped tubular stainless steel tube and the electric heating tube with magnesium oxide filler are placed in the coil, with perfect defrosting effect.

8. Equipped with internationally renowned defrost timer and defrost temperature control, the defrost interval can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the defrost duration can be automatically adjusted according to the defrost status and progress.
