Mine roadway air conditioner is an industrial mobile air conditioner used to cool and dehumidify the depth of the mine and the working face of the roadway.

Affected by factors such as geothermal, as the mining depth of the mine increases, the temperature of the roadway gradually increases, and the operating environment gradually deteriorates. Especially in summer, the underground high temperature and high humidity environment not only seriously harms the physical and mental health of workers, but also reduces the safety factor and work efficiency, and increases equipment loss.
On the basis of comprehensive research on the practical needs of Yunnan Tin Industry Group, the company has developed this series of portable water-cooled direct expansion interface air-conditioning units specially used for local cooling of roadway working faces.
It can effectively reduce the ambient temperature from 40°C to 25°C and the relative humidity from 85% to 70%-80%

Product Features

1) The unit is equipped with two sets of independently operated and controlled refrigeration systems, using internationally renowned brand compressors (Invart/Danfoss/Bitzer, etc.); main components and equipment (condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, Filters, micro-industrial computer control modules, electrical components) are all internationally renowned brands (Danfoss/Emerson/Schneider, etc.), which provide a solid foundation and guarantee for the stable operation of the system in harsh operating environments.
2) Adopt SMSCOLD patented technology (condensate water heat recovery system). The condensate water temperature is 7°C, and the condensate water at 7°C is re-condensed, which can effectively reduce the amount of cooling water produced, and can greatly improve the refrigeration performance of the unit.
3) Equipped with an online cleaning system and customized large-spacing fin evaporators, the heat exchanger can be cleaned in a timely and efficient manner to avoid scaling on the surface of the heat exchanger and affect the heat exchange performance.
4) Equipped with a high-speed jet fan, the projection distance of the air supply can reach 23 meters, which greatly improves the performance of the equipment and the adaptability to the environment.
5) The equipment is equipped with high-precision industrial-grade intelligent controllers and advanced industrial computer control systems. Compressor and motor have over-temperature, frequent start protection; electrical over-current, phase loss, reverse phase, overload protection; refrigerant system high pressure, low pressure, oil pressure, low oil level protection; water system water shortage protection, high temperature protection, etc. and set necessary management functions such as alarms, prompts, records, etc. for the above protection measures to ensure that the equipment operates in a safe and controllable environment.
6) The equipment adopts a steel base, and the installation holes matching the installation and fastening positions of the vehicle are reserved. After the equipment arrives at the site, the equipment and the vehicle can be perfectly integrated by tightening the screws.
