How to choose a chiller to achieve the best cost performance?

we often encounter some customers,  they don't know how to choose a chiller and which type of chiller could achieve the best cooling effect and minimum capital investment, so that achieve the best cost performance. Here are some brief tips:

there are a great number of different names for industrial chillers, such as chemical chillers, energy-saving explosion-proof chillers, explosion-proof low-temperature chillers, reactor chillers, energy-saving precision chillers, precision stamping chillers, energy-saving screw low-temperature chillers, Ultra-low temperature chillers, large parallel screw units, anti-corrosion chillers, energy-saving open chillers, screw low-temperature chillers, energy-saving water-cooled box chillers, energy-saving air-cooled box chillers, etc.

Here are a few commonly used chiller:
1. Energy-saving water-cooled chillers can be divided into open type, sealed type (some called box type) and screw type. Energy-saving water-cooled chillers must be equipped with cooling towers, water pumps and supporting pipelines.
if the workshop or  workplace that you need to cool down on a high floors, or it is too far from the roof,  water-cooled chillers are not suitable.
2. The energy-saving air-cooled chiller does not require additional cooling towers to dissipate heat. It is very convenient to install and move, but the air-cooled water chiller has higher requirements for the working environment. Since it is cooled by air circulation, if the location that you place the chiller on does not have a good ventilation effect, it will directly affect the cooling effect.
in addition, if the workshop that need to cool down has a requirement of humidity,  you'd better to adopt water-cooled chiller.
since the air-cooled chiller itself will spray water vapor to dissipate heat.
3. For energy-saving open type chiller, an extra water tank is required, and a build-in water tank is equipped. The open type is usually installed somewhere outside the workshop, which is convenient for maintenance.
However,  energy-saving screw chiller is recommended when the cooling capacity is above 80HP.
4. Regarding to energy-saving and explosion-proof chillers. it is generally used in flammable and explosive environments, such as grinding workshops, chemical workshops, etc.
